Could anybody please let me know if there is any way to change the registry location of Putty (HKEYCURRENTUSER\Software\SimonTatham\PuTTY\SshHostKeys) from CURRENT USER to LOCAL MACHINE?

I am using Windows server 2008 R2. And the registry was created by the PSFTP.exe, which I used for copying some files from a Linux server.

You won't have the possibility to change the registry location, because this is the way the software is compiled and configured to work. However, there is another version with the winstore.c source file modified that allows storing settings and SSH host keys where you want them.
