"Please set registry key HKLM \ Software \ Microsoft \ .NETFramework \ InstallRoot to point to the .NET Framework install location" error when start Dicom Viewer

"Please set registry key HKLM \ Software \ Microsoft \ .NETFramework \ InstallRoot to point to the .NET Framework install location" error when start Dicom Viewer. Windows 10 OS-64bit. I set the InstallRoot value in Registry to "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\" but the issue is still exists.

Please help to fix this issue.

this program is not windows 10 compatible, use Sante DICOM viewer lite..
