Issues with Multimedia UI app

I do have Multimedia UI app and it downloads my audios just half twice. I have it half twice like in the middle it cuts and starts from the beginning. Any suggestions please on what to do.

If you're working with audio files in an app, then I recommend installing latest codecs for audio and video processing. This will greatly increase the encoding procedure, eliminating the error.

You can try Combined Community Codec Pack for this purpose.

I also recommend reinstalling the application. This could fix the issue as well.
