Installation of T-Shirt Factory Deluxe on Windows 7

I have been unable to install this software. I am using Windows 7. Is there a free update so that I can run it on Windows?

This application is not compatible with the Windows 7 operating system. Everywhere I have found it, T-Shirt Factory Deluxe is listed as being compatible with the following versions of Windows: Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows XP.

In Windows 7, you can install a virtual machine provided by Microsoft. After this procedure, simply right click the installer and choose Run in Windows XP.

Didn't work for me. I downloaded the virtual software and installed. After right clicking the a number of the applications on the setup disk and changing to winxp 3 it still would not load. Apparently, this program is no longer supported. Nova development doesn't list the product but has an XP update that can't be installed as it's got malware?
Is there another software program that does this type of printing?
