I don't think that T-Shirt Factory Deluxe will work on Windows 10. The application is designed to work on 32-bit systems, and it only supports Windows XP or older versions of the operating system. Additionally, the program has been discontinued by Nova Development, so there are no newer versions available.
You could try creating a virtual machine, setting up Windows XP on it and then installing the application through the virtual machine, but this technique didn't work on Windows 7, so it's a highly unlikely solution. Additionally, you could also try running T-shirt Factory Deluxe through the DOSBox emulator, but once again, there are no guarantees.
