Call recorder is not working.

I have downloaded several call recorder applications on my Samsung On 7 (SM-G600FY) mobile, but unfortunately it does not work after a certain period. Specifically when my phone goes for a sleep and when I use to run the phone it shows that the particular call recorder application has been disabled. Please do help me to get rid of this problem.

Sleep mode on phones is configured to also close or hibernate applications in the background. There is a pre-defined whitelist which keeps only the basic functions available such as: GSM mobile, WiFi (if it's set up), power management, etc.

Access your Battery Saver functions and disabled it or add the call recording application to the whitelist and it should be recognized as one while it can run properly.
