Not getting a valid fingerprint scan.

Bought Digitalpersona U.are.U 5100, and during scans I can get a valid fingerprint scan, but get the message:

*low quality score
*low blocks

Now matter how hard I try, I always end up with the same error. I am running Digitalpersona software version 2.3.1.767. Is there a fix to this problem?

These type of apps usually have a manual and a user guide that provides all the information necessary to acquire the the fingerprint correctly. I recommend you open and consult those files, and then if you still have issues, open the application and go to Help > About. Use the contact details you find to contact the developers of the application. They should provide additional help for this inquiry.
