Looking for a way to unlock my UEA files

I encrypted my files with finger print device on my notebook with option of no password.

Unfortunately my computer's OS corrupted and I was forced to install a new OS. After installing fingerprint software (UPEK), when I try to open my files using fingerprint reader the message of "User is not Authorized" appears. How can I decrypt my .uea extension files?

You can't decrypt the files because the previous installation of the application created some certificates in order to recognize you as being the "authorized user". Since you have installed a new OS, those files were also deleted. It's not possible to decrypt the files anymore, no matter the tools used.
