Update required for USPS Click N Ship then program disappeared.

Question

I opened the program to address a label and it had an update that I was required to run. When update was finished installing, the program was gone. I've checked my computer (C:\Program Files (x86)\USPS\USPS meter label solution) and there is nothing in the folder.

This is a very serious issue and it has to be addressed to the developers. Typically, an update to the application should delete the entire application unless the update is actually a whole new version that automatically removes old files and installs the new ones.
