Some of my screen doesn't respond to touch or it is off of where I'm touching on my HTC Z820 Android.
When touch screen refuses to respond to various user input, it means there could be a hardware problem and the phone requires diagnosis. However, you can try booting the phone in recovery to perform a factory reset. If after this procedure, the phone behaves in the same manner, then you might need service support.
