My touch screen on an Android tablet A106 does not respond. What should I do?

still not working, is this could be a problem of firmware?

Probably, the tablet is stuck due to an application or something which interfered with the touch driver. In this case you will need to perform a Factory Reset which will completely wipe any applications or settings and it will return the table to its Factory mode. You can find instructions on how to do it by using the manual provided.
