Nokia touch doesn't respond normally.

My cellphone doesn't respond when I touch the screen. I did the downloading from Software Recovery Tool, but it's still dead. I have a Windows 8 Nokia 1020.

If the phone doesn't respond to the touch input, then you will have to send it to the warranty service or visit the local Nokia Care shop. They should diagnose the device properly in order to see exactly what's not working. The Software Recovery Tool will only re-install the application, but any hardware problems should be handled by an official Nokia representative.

Try flashing the phone again, and if it's not working send it to Nokia Care.
