The error might be caused by a compatibility issue. I have tried to access their website, but it gives a strange error which makes it impossible to acquire troubleshooting data or anything related. I recommend reinstalling the application or applying a compatibility tweak. Right click on its icon on your desktop, then go to Properties > Compatibility. Select a previous version of Windows that you know it worked and tick the Run as Administrator option.
