Windows 10 compatibility for AuthenTec WinBio FingerPrint software.

I’m writing from our Desktop Systems team and hoping you could assist with the following. In preparation for our Windows 10 roll-out, we are trying to determine if/when this product will be compatible with this release (if not already). Can you please confirm so that we may plan for our image accordingly? In addition, if your product is already compliant, can you please let us know the minimum version required for Windows 10 compatibility?

The compatibility varies because this is a module found in various devices. It's impossible to say if it's compatible or not. You have to identify the computer you're using and then access its support page at the manufacturer's website in order to check compatibility with various operating systems.

You can simply use Google to type "Manufacturer's name and support or drivers" then you can use the information on the sticker to identify the device.
