I reformatted my HP DV9690EL laptop, and I have lost the AuthenTec program. I downloaded the main programs, but I can't find the AuthenTec Fingerprint application. Can you help?
You can acquire it from HP Drivers page. Select your operating system, click the + sign next to Driver - Keyboard, Mouse and Input Devices and download and install the program. Also, you need to know that the application is not compatible with Windows XP and below operating systems.
