The application doesn't appear to be compatible with 64bit operating systems because it's old and it hasn't been updated in a very long time. Its initial release was for older versions of Windows. I have searched for an updated version, but it's impossible to acquire one.
Secondly, you can use Virtualbox to install Windows XP and then use the application in a virtual environment.
This procedure requires the full installation disc of Windows XP.
