Usage of PtWin32 on a 64bit system.

Is there anyway to use PtWin32 on a 64bit system? Is there some way to convert it so it is useful other than putting in on a different partition on one's computer?

The only release of the software was for 32bit operating systems. If you try to run the application on a 64bit OS, you will receive an error related to the compatibility with the 64bit systems. If this is urgent, try installing Windows XP using virtualization. Install Virtualbox then create a virtual machine with Windows XP and you should be able to use PtWin32.
