Friends Snapchat score is not showing.

I have an emoji with someone on Snapchat. I can see their username/they're still my friends, but I can't see their Snapchat score. Why?

This issue might have 2 causes:

• the user/friend is private and is not following you.
• you are not following him.

As you can see, the first thing to do is check if you follow your friends, and after you do that, the score will show, but even if you follow some, their score won't show if the user set it to Private.
