Convert email to .csv files

I have 60 plus BT web based emails that BT security wants to look at. I have been told that rather than forward each email, one by one, I can collate into a CSV file. Unfortunately, I wasn't told how to do it. The search engine brought me to this site but I cannot identify a suitable program. Can you help, please?

Basically, you should check the export features provided by the email provider. For example, in Google Gmail you can export to various formats, but this option can be accessed through settings. Access the settings menu for your email service and then check if it's possible to export it or you could install Mozilla Thunderbird and add the account. Once all the email synced to your PC, then it's a matter of 2-3 clicks to export it to CSV format.
