I am looking to convert .csv to .ofx. Is it possible?

There is an application called OFX Converter and it has been developed on Java platform. You can download the JAR file using the link posted below, but in order to make it, the Java Runtime needs to be installed as well. Download Java Runtime and install it (tip: Disable AskToolbar during installation) then download the JAR file and launch it, because Java will associated the file automatically.
