SharePoint 2013 and LinkChecker Authentication.

Question

Attempting to start LinkChecker to run across an Intranet solution within SharePoint 2013. While it can run against our standard Intranet it cannot run against our new SharePoint "Intranet" sites due to authentication issues. I have attempted this with another SharePoint site and am constantly getting a “Error: 401 Unauthorized” message, despite the fact that I have been hard coding my logon details into the configuration file.

As for the LinkChecker, use the latest version only from the official website and read the manual as well to learn how to configure it.
