Unable to open reports.

I'm using DocuAnalyzer 8.02 and I'm unable to open existing reports, then DocuAnalyzer hangs. Been tried to uninstall then reinstalled the software, but still the same problem occurs. Also I've tried to use Administrator profile with same problem. I also tried to restored my system in earlier date where Docu has encountered no problems, and receive the same problem.

I couldn't find much support about this application. The version you have must be the latest one because the official developers were acquired by another company, therefore the DocuAnalyzer support has been merged with them. I have visited their new website, but I didn't find anything about DocuAnalyzer.
