The ActivInspire application doesn't open.

I'm using ActivInspire on a laptop and on the home screen of my computer I go to open it but it won't open it's driving me mad.

The only thing I could possibly think about this is that ActivInspire lacks compatibility with the version of Windows installed on your PC.

To overcome this issue either install the software as Administrator and enable some compatibility tweaks using right click on file then Properties > Compatibility > Windows XP/7.
