There is no information about Windows 10 compatibility for 123LogAnalyzer. I have checked the official website, but it's impossible to access it since it doesn't work anymore. However, there is the option to download the application via the Software Informer website: http://123loganalyzer.software.informer.com/download/
Download, right-click the setup and then select Run as Administrator, and the software should install in Windows 10 without problems.
