The application on CD is not compatible with Windows 10. According to the system requirements, the newest version of Windows where you can install Talk to me is Windows XP. This means you will have to browser the CD on Windows 10 and apply a compatibility tweak. Right click the installer/setup and go to Properties > Compatibility. Select Windows XP from the list and then launch the application. There is no update as well.
