It all depends on what devices you have that use the drivers mentioned above. From my understanding, the Silicon Labs driver is used by the wireless device. If you have such a device installed on your computer, then it's advised to let it use it. Additionally, go to Start > Run > devmgmt.msc and make sure there are no drivers with a yellow sign listed in the list. If there are, right-click them and choose Update Driver. Make sure you are connected to the Internet in order to install them.
