The executable goes well on startup, and it starts properly, but inside the program interface, there is a button for activating the shortcuts function.

And the problem is that it always starts deactivated. So the question is if there is any way to make it start activated, as I don't see any config button or window to tell the program to do it.

If the program doesn't have a configuration/settings menu that can be accessed to trigger the activation automatically, then it's impossible to do it. The best way is to access the options in the menu bar and check the settings, because there is no other way or maybe it will be implemented in future releases of the software, but that's uncertain.
