My phone will light up (One Touch Evolve) then go to a T-Mobile screen and won't go past there. It will light up and give a short vibrate as if it's trying to boot up, yet it won't?
The behavior of your phone is called boot loop. It's encountered when the phone doesn't successfully boot and it will repeat the same procedure. I recommend sending your phone to warranty and they will fix it, most likely using a Factory Reset using the proper tools.
