If you managed somehow to format the phone, then you could try using the Recovery mode, if it's an Android phone. However, everything related to boot partition should be resolved by expert technicians because the phone is already in a damaged state and "touching" other sensitive partition areas will make it unusable. Try to visit a local phone service shop to fix your phone.
