We are using Outlook 2003 non cached mode running on Exchange 2003. I have recently had 3 users who have had their profile setup on a PC at a new location while still having an active profile on their old PC. We do this because we do not have roaming profiles. When they had e-mail opened on one PC they then set up on the other, the e-mail from the old PC started to disappear. It affected emails for that day and up to 2 weeks I checked the server through our Recovery Manager software and their e-mail is gone. The e-mails are not deleted, they are not archived and there are no filters set up. At one point while I was looking into the problem I logged on one of the user's PC and went into their e-mail as I was looking at the settings all started to disappear. Any ideas?

From my understanding, you can't have 2 accounts opened in 2 Outlook applications and still behave the same. This has something to do with Sync operation. When you do something in an account, it will automatically sync and change the data on the second account as well. You should always use one account for emails, not two, because the data will be deleted when something happens in one account and sync operation takes over.
