This is not a problem with the printer itself and it’s usually encountered when the settings of the printer were changed to allow printing images or texts only. Because it’s an HP product, you will benefit from the fact that you can use its HP Control Center to change all the settings for the printer. The best way to fix it is to set all options by default when entering settings menu from its main interface. Then the printer will use the default settings to print correctly all the content in a document file.
