Lost Password Manager application.

What happened was I removed accidentally my "Password Manager App" from my Kindle. The Blue lock and five stars logo. Now - How can I rescue the App? Since I have stored information in. I turn on cloud device but App comeback empty as new. Password is working, once inside all I get is a blank page. Can you help?

After you have backed up the application and re-installed it, configure the cloud storage in case it has one, and then the passwords should be restored. This is the only way to retrieve the data if it has also been deleted from your device. I have searched Store applications, but the application doesn't appear to be available anymore.
