I have Webroot SecureAnywhere and am trying to upgrade to Windows 10. It says I need to uninstall Theft Recovery first, so I looked for it in Programs and Features. It's not there.

That might be a module in the main application which means there are two cases:

  1. Either delete the whole application and then install it in Windows 10 with compatibility mode. It should work this way.

  2. Click Remove in Uninstall a program window and deselect all the modules but leave only Theft Recovery. This is to mark it for uninstall. Reboot the PC and try to upgrade again.

  3. Install Revo Uninstaller and locate the module in the list. Revo might display additional programs.
