DNS problem after installing Webroot SecureAnywhere.

I installed Webroot SecureAnywhere on one of my computers with Windows 8. After that, I got problems with opening webpages. Only with VPN I can open some webpages. It's confirmed to be the problem with DNS. But I found no solution till now. I did the same installation on my another PC with Windows 8.1 and nothing is influenced. Why am I having this problem?

It seems that Webroot SecureAnywhere doesn't have anything to do with the DNS settings. The problem that you experience is caused by another issue. You might not be able to connect to several websites because the region in which you live is blocked. There is nothing that you can do in this matter.
