How to make the USB to Serial adapter connect successfully?

How to make the USB to Serial adapter connect to the Axtrax unit? When I click on the device manager USB is operating correctly, but it's not connecting to the unit.

If you have problems with the connection, then it means you are either using an unsupported operating system or an old version of the software. On the official website, there is a table where you can see the supported operating systems and the recommended software version to use with the PC.
