Software Informer Client doesn't report applications

I have developed two applications with versions for both Mac and Windows. While they have been reported to your database by the Mac Informer Client, after some months they still do not appear in your Windows section, although I have installed the Windows client as well.

What do I have to do to make the Windows client get aware of the applications and reports them to your site?

You can address issues regarding applications by using the contact form found in the “For Developers” section on the main page of the website. The support service will analyze your issue and will look into it and you will receive an answer as soon as possible. In order to do that please visit "For Developers" page and state the problem using the contact form. Please make sure you enter a valid e-mail so you can get contacted regarding your problem.
