Simply delete the messages via the classical way. There is no need to use an application or something related. Go to the Messaging application on your phone, then long tap on messages and select the conversations. Tap on the BIN icon and that's it. No other application will have the power to restore those messages, because they're kept in special folders on the internal storage.
