Deleting voice messages.

Using my Samsung Galaxy S3 on the AT&T system, I was previously able to delete voice messages by pressing 7. This no longer works. I can press 7 multiple times and the message continues to play. After playing the message, a voice prompt instructs me to press 7 to delete the message, but it doesn't work any more.

If you have issues with the voicemail, then I recommend accessing the official support page provided by AT&T which explains how to set-up a new voicemail. Use the steps provided and configure the voicemail again. Additionally, use the online troubleshooter or contact the support line directly using the available link.
