I have searched the web and there isn't anyone with your problem. It's either an isolated problem, or it's something else. However, I recommend you remove the toolbar for the time being. After this procedure, restart the browser and go to Help > About. Update the browsers installed in your computer to the latest version, then visit the website listed below and install it.
