The problem is not with the log-in, but with a missing application. Most likely, the toolbar features shortcuts to applications on your computer. You will have to install PhishingFilter V8 in order to make it work and avoid the error. However, after further documentation, the PhishingFilter is part of the Internet Explorer. Go to Tools > Phishing Filter and activate it from the menu that opens. Restart Internet Explorer and everything should work as it should.
