Critical error during scanning. The scanning procedure will be aborted.

After scanning two-three documents, I receive an error saying critical error during scanning. The scanning procedure will be aborted. Any idea how to solve this issue?

The Enterprise version of this application is not available for public troubleshooting. If you are in a company, then you need to contact the system administrator. He should provide additional information about the software and its errors. However, if you have access to the drivers, remove them and then perform another installation. This is known to fix problems related to printers and scanners even if they're operated in a company.

  1. close the enterprise scan
  2. go to c:\Users\username\AppData\Local\OpenText\Enterprise Scan\StorageV1
  3. delete high size file = (imagestream1)

open enterprise scan and use.
