HP Officejet 4500 G510g-m displays error 0x00000015.

My HP OfficeJet 4500 G510g-m displays the following message: "Error 0x00000015" when we are trying to scan the document. Can you tell us the problem and how to fix it?

You can fix this problem in a very easy way. Go to Start > Run > services.msc and locate the Shell HW Detect and WIA (Windows Image Acquisition). Right click each of the services and then select Start. Access their Properties menu and set the services to Automatic mode then initiate a scanning operation.
