After scanning two-three documents, I receive an error saying critical error during scanning. The scanning procedure will be aborted. Any idea how to solve this issue?

The Enterprise version of this application is not available for public troubleshooting. If you are in a company, then you need to contact the system administrator. 1. close the enterprise scan
2. go to c:\Users\username\AppData\Local\OpenText\Enterprise Scan\StorageV1
3. delete high size file = (imagestream1)

open enterprise scan and use.
