Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to delete contacts only from the Viber PC application. That is happening because the main account is the one you have on your portable device (as Viber was developed as a mobile app) and the desktop program syncs its contacts with your primary device (tablet or smartphone). If you want to erase a contact from your PC application, you should also completely remove it from your account.
