The only way to test if ICQ sends your messages is by actually send an SMS to someone from your contact list. Select a contact and send him/her a SMS. Type the message using 121 characters and then wait for Delivery Status. It's a small reply you get in the same message that indicates how many SMS messages you have left, the number you sent to and the status of the SMS. This is the only way to see if the messages arrive or call the other person using your real phone and ask him if the SMS messages was received or not.
