The commands were discovered by users and posted on the official forums. I have checked the documentation and there was nowhere mentioned about command line arguments. However, you can trigger the command line mount menu using the VCDMount.exe file in a Command Prompt.
As the image shows, you need to use VCDMount.exe <params> <image name>.
Default installation path for VCDMount: C:\Program Files (x86)\Elaborate Bytes\VirtualCloneDrive
