What do I do with a flashing screen after Windows 10 upgrade? My computer is now useless.

This issue is caused by a Security solution installed on your computer. To deal with it, press Windows +R and type Msconfig. Go to Services tab and disable the following:

  • Problem Reports and Solution Control Panel Support
  • Windows Error Report Service

Disable these by unchecking them and restart the computer and it should work.
