RIP DVD Plus will not open on my computer.

I bought and downloaded RIP DVD Plus 3.2 a year ago. I have been gone for 6 months and have not used the program. I tried to open the program and it tells me "The app was unable to load the required virtual machine component. Please contact the publisher of this app for more information" End of message. Please let me know what I need to do.

If you have problems with the software, then I recommend to uninstall it. Use Revo Uninstaller for this process. Revo will make sure that every component which belongs to RIP DVD Plus is removed.

Once the program has been removed, install the application again.
