SpicyTools Video Converter doesn't appear to be available anymore which means you will have to use the package you got or the already installed version. If there is no setup package, use a flash driver and copy the contents of the installation directory. Plug the device on the second computer and copy the files to another directory (preferably into the same location). Start the application and use the registration data to activate the product and that's it.
