Does this work on Windows 7?
Yes, the Skinpack was developed for Windows 7, 8, 8.1. It actually changes the interface and various UI elements to resemble the look of Windows 10. When installing, I also recommend you create a system restore point to roll back changes in case you don't want it anymore.
